Peter Fallon was born in Germany in 1951 and grew up on a farm in County Meath in the Irish midlands near where he lives on a small sheep farm. At the age of eighteen he founded The Gallery Press which has published three hundred books of poems and plays by Ireland's finest authors. An award winning writer in his own right, his own collections of poetry include The Speaking Stones, Winter Work and Eye to Eye.
