Dambisa Moyo

Dambisa Moyo, who was born and raised in Zambia, received a Ph.D. in economics from Oxford University and a master’s degree from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. A former consultant for the World Bank and an investment banker specializing in emerging markets at Goldman Sachs, she is the
